Pasiego cheese making workshop

Our core activity, our identity—cheese culture, both local and global—forms the majority of our educational and leisure offerings. Through small-scale cheese and butter making activities that visitors can participate in, we aim to highlight the close connection between milk and the Pasiego culture.

The assistant will make a traditional Pasiego cheese from start to finish, and the participants will take home the cheese they’ve made.

We’ll discuss the region’s cheesemaking tradition and enjoy a tasting of the different varieties of cheese we make at our dairy.

A family farm where artisan cheeses and butter are made in the traditional style of the Pasiegos Valleys.
