Pasiega Butter Making Workshop

Our main activity, our identity—cheese culture, both local and global—forms the core of our educational and leisure offerings. Through small-scale cheese and butter making activities that visitors can participate in, we aim to highlight the close connection between milk and the Pasiego culture.

The assistant will make artisanal butter from start to finish, and the participants will take home the butter they’ve created.

We’ll discuss the region’s butter-making tradition and taste the different varieties of butter we make at our dairy.

A family farm where artisan cheeses and butter are made in the traditional style of the Pasiegos Valleys.
