For our fresh cheese, we use only the finest quality milk from the El Arrabal farm. It’s possibly the best fresh cheese in Cantabria. We like to say that our fresh cheese is an honest and completely natural cheese, meant to be taken home and eaten the same day to enjoy it at its best.
