This cheese is made with milk from Friesian cows, sourced from our neighbors at the El Arrabal farm in Vioño de Piélagos. The milk is slowly pasteurized to preserve all its properties and ensure the cheese retains its full flavor. El Bardal Soft Cheese is a pressed cheese, curdled with animal rennet. Each cheese is produced entirely by hand, with the artisan’s touch at every stage.
